Privately owned, and passionately run, we take a no-compromise approach in the crafting of our confections. We use only the finest & freshest seasonal ingredients, sourcing from local producers when available. Whole fruit purees, organic butter and cream, fresh organic herbs, freshly ground spices, and the finest chocolate are what comprise our chocolates. Here at Earth&Sky we use traditional European techniques combined with modern artistry to create luscious candies that speak to the soul of chocolate lovers everywhere.
